Sbattere il burro con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema bianca e liscia, aggiungere le 2 uova. Aggiungere la farina, il cacao, il lievito e l'aroma di rum.&lt;br /&gt;Versare il composto in una forma da plum cake (o una forma qualsiasi) e infornare. Dopo una decina di minuti alzare la temperatura a 180° e cuocere per una mezzoretta circa. Lasciare raffreddare e cospargere di zucchero a velo. Aggiungere il burro, lo zucchero rimasto, il cacao, il caffè e mescolare.&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungere i biscotti secchi tagliati a pezzetti.&lt;br /&gt;Mescolare bene, avolgere con carta forno e dargli la forma di un salame. Sciogliervici dentro il lievito, aggiungere 1 uovo e il burro sciolto. Aggiungere la farina e impastare. Mettere l’impasto in un recipiente e coprire con un panno pulito. Collocare il recipiente i un luogo caldo e attendere che lieviti. Nel frattempo cuocere le patate. Schiacciare le patate e aggiungere un po’ di olio o burro. Aggiungere il sale e il finocchietto selvatico. Stendere la pasta e ritagliare dei quadrati. Collocare al centro di ogni quadrato un cucchiaio di ripieno e chiudere il quadrato “a fagottino”. Per il "pan di spagna" (che non è propriamente un pan di spagna, ma io lo chiamo così :o): &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;120g di fecola, 150g di farina bianca, 175g di zucchero, 3 uova, 6 cucchiai di latte, 1/2 bicchiere di olio di semi, 1 bustina di lievito per dolce, alcune gocce di colorante rosa. Cuocere in forno a 150° per 10 minuti, 180° per 25 minuti e infine a 200° per altri 5 minuti. Per la decorazione ho tenuto da parte alcune amarene. Ho ricoperto la torta prima di marmellata di albicocche, poi con del cioccolato grattugiato, infine ho decorato con panna e amarene e le mitiche foglie di cioccolato. Come farle? Scendere in giardino, raccogliere alcune foglie di rosa, lavarle e asciugarle perfettamente.
